I am a regular UK customer of yours who often purchases from many of your websites such as activeden, themeforest, flashden, graphicriver and codecanyon etc. Unfortunatly, I have recently noticed a very negative impact on load time for all sites across your network. Usually your sites are very responsive but they are currently painfully slow, reminding me of the dial-up days.
I have 20meg broadband so I should’nt expect to be hit with these long page load delays which I’ve been experiencing recently. I can only assume the issue originates at your end because it’s only your websites that seem to be effected as everwhere else loads normally.
I consider your usually excellent services very important for my needs so you won’t lose my custom because of this but it is extreamly frustrating because I’m having to wait anything up to over a minuet for a page to load which I’m sure you would agree is unacceptable.
I first noticed this issue on Tuesday (12th) morning at 01:00am GMT which I would assume to be a good time to browse a site unempeeded by others bandwidth. I am again noticing this issue today on Thursday 14th 17:45 GMT.
For your ref I am using the latest version of Firefox browser.
I hope this is just a temp glitch that will be fixed soon. If there’s anything I can do at my end to improve my preformance please let me know.
